Provide appropriate solutions to clients' needs but not excessively bespoke ones, we believe in providing cost-effective practical solutions, rather than being overdriven from a theoretical perspective. |
Monitor the ongoing cashflow management of a particular fund, where appropriate. |
We believe in addressing the investment aspects of sale-and-purchase agreements a the time a deal is being negotiated - this is much better than being given a case months later with inherent problems. |
